We are disappointed to report that the Texas Supreme Court has denied the Fund’s petition for review in its case challenging the constitutionality of SB 2190. While this decision unfortunately concludes the SB 2190 constitutionality litigation, we will continue to fight, in whatever manner and venue is appropriate, for the rights of our members and their beneficiaries to ensure their stable and secure retirement.
